With respect to personal data of ‘external contacts’

Pursuing the goals of Refresco requires the processing of personal data. When processing such data, we are required to comply with the applicable laws and regulations. That goes for personal data pertaining to ‘you’ as our (potential) customer, consumer, prospect, job applicant, visitor of our plant(s) and business partner (supplier, agent or advisor). Once you have used these links to leave our site, you should note that we do not have any control over that other website or social media platform. Therefore, we cannot be responsible for the protection and privacy of any information which you provide whilst visiting such sites and such sites are not governed by this Privacy Policy. You should exercise caution and look at the privacy statement applicable to the website in question. Moreover, we are not responsible nor liable for the content of third party websites or platforms.

It is important that all personal data in our records is both accurate and up-to-date. We strive to respond to your request within four (4) weeks. Occasionally it may takes us longer than four (4) weeks if your request is particularly complex or you have made a number of requests.
