​​1. By entering a competition entrants accept these terms and conditions.

2. Refresco Gerber may cancel or amend any competition, competition information, or these terms and conditions without prior notice. 

3. This competition is open to UK residents only, excluding employees (and their immediate families) of Refresco Gerber, its agencies or anyone else professionally associated with this promotion.

4. To enter this competition a participant must like and comment on the Facebook competition post on the Um Bongo UK Facebook page.

5. Refresco Gerber may publish any content submitted in current or future social media activity.

6. This competition runs from Friday 17th June through to Thursday 23rd June.

7. 1 winner will be selected at random and announced in the comments section of the competition post.

8. The prize is Back To The Future Monopoly.

9. Claims made via third parties, in bulk or through consumer groups will not be accepted.

10. If Refresco Gerber is unable to notify any of the winners, or if a winner fails to respond this may result in forfeiture of the prize and Refresco Gerber reserves the right to select an alternative winner

11. Refresco Gerber shall try to deliver the prize to the winner within 30 working days from the date of the draw, unless otherwise specified to the winner. Delivery restrictions may apply. No cash equivalent (where applicable) or alternative prize will be given and the prize is non-transferable and non-exchangeable. However, Refresco Gerber reserves the right to change the prize due to circumstances
beyond its control or to offer an alternative of similar value.
